Top up your cash balance

Data, calls or texts outside the EU won’t work if you don’t have some cash balance in your account. If you don’t use all your cash balance, you can choose to put that money towards your next month or you can use it next time you need it.

 

No need to change your number

You can port your old number to JustSims. Call your current provider to request a mobile PAC code. A PAC code should be given to you immediately over the phone or within two hours by text. Contact your new network and give them the PAC code. leave the rest to us. Within 48 hours your number will be transferred over and your new sim ready to use.    

Roaming & International

You can now use your JUSTSIMS plan abroad. In the EU it works like normal. Outside the EU, or to call internationally, you need to top up your cash balance. See the prices where you’re going.
