Your JustSims Monthly Subscription Policy

Thank you for choosing our EASY Auto Renewal Subscription option.

Steps to follow:

Choose the package you prefer from our options O2 or Vodafone.

Choose the payment option GoCardless when processing an order. 

For autopay via bank account, please provide all the relevant information on the mandate.

Your first payment will be collected immediately after sim activation, followed by monthly payments every 30 days thereafter.

The bank account holder must be the person authorising the monthly payment.

Important information

 Auto subscription gives JustSims permission to collect payment from your account on a regular basis. JustSims will only ever collect the amount for your package e.g £12 for your 5gb O2 plan.

Please note – if any out-of-bundle charges have been made, such as calling an international, or non-geographic number (084,087,118, etc) you will be billed separately.  

If you have insufficient funds in your bank account to cover your auto subscription payment, and you do not have an authorised overdraft facility, your account provider may refuse to pay the bill and issue you with a penalty charge. In the event of auto subscription payment rejecting, we will reapply for the payment again within 5 days.

If the payment is still unsuccessful we will attempt to call you to rectify it. If we are unable to, your sim will be SUSPENDED until payment is received.

If you wish to cancel your JustSim, please provide a 30 days notice via email at info@justsims.co.uk and we will cancel your auto subscription (You can also cancel via your bank if your current month’s payment is cleared).
